Experience: Prior experience in auto body repair or a related field is required!

Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate relevant tools and equipment.

Problem Solving: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions quickly.

Teamwork: A strong willingness to collaborate with a diverse team of professionals.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.

Communication: Be able to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Repair Process: Perform necessary repairs on damaged body parts, including welding and frame. Experience Required!

Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians and staff to ensure a smooth workflow and timely completion of repairs.

Quality Control: Ensure all repairs meet company standards and perform final inspections before vehicles are returned to customers.

Supervisor Interaction: Communicate with supervisor regarding repair procedures, timelines, and cost estimates as needed.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
