Requirements

Experience: Proven experience as an Auto Technician is essential.

Instructional Skills: Strong ability to train and mentor technicians of varying skill levels.

Communication: Superior communication skills for effective coaching and team collaboration.

Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of automotive repair and diagnostics.

Certification: ASE certification preferred; other relevant technical certifications are a plus.

Problem-Solving: Strong aptitude for identifying technical problems and providing solutions.

Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to new automotive technologies.

Positive Attitude: A positive attitude that fosters a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new and existing auto technicians to enhance their skills.

Mentorship: Guide technicians through complex automotive repairs, offering expert advice and support.

Knowledge Sharing: Share the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques with the team.

Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the progress of technicians and provide constructive feedback to improve their performance.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure the seamless operation of the service department.

Problem Solving: Assist in diagnosing challenging automotive issues, encouraging a problem-solving mindset within the team.

Safety: Promote best practices in safety and ensure all activities comply with safety protocols.
