• Is prior insurance sales experience required?

No! You don’t need to know anything about insurance or insurance sales to apply. We provide all the product and sales training that you’ll need to be successful!

• What can I reasonably expect to make in the first year?

What We're Looking For

• Outgoing communicator with strong people skills

• Sales experience preferred but not required

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows

• Posses or have a willingness to obtain P&C and Life/Health licenses (assistance provided)

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow

• Passion for serving the local Tucson community

What You'll Do

• Engage with high-quality inbound leads from strong marketing and community partnerships

• Build relationships with prospects throughout the greater Tucson Area

• Educate customers on personal lines products (home, auto, umbrella, life, specialty)

• Create tailored coverage recommendations using the vast array of Farmers tools

• Track activity and pipeline progression in an agency provided CRM

• Follow a proven sales process designed for success

• Serve as a trusted advisor to local families

Our office is a small, energetic and upbeat insurance agency located near the Williams Center in Tucson.  We have been in business for three years and are looking to grow. We are developing a culture of growth and success while keeping it light and meaningful.
