Requirements
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain complex insurance products to clients, listen actively to their needs, and build strong, trusting relationships.
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
- Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Driven by success, with a desire to exceed sales targets and push yourself to achieve your best every day.
- Arizona Insurance License: Must hold or be willing to obtain a valid Arizona insurance license (we’ll help you with the process if needed).
- Tech-Savvy: Comfort with using technology and CRM systems to manage client data, track sales, and streamline administrative tasks.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: A proactive mindset for identifying challenges and coming up with effective solutions for clients.
- Relationship-Building Skills: Ability to connect with people from all walks of life and foster long-term client relationships through excellent customer service.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage your time to balance new client acquisition, servicing existing accounts, and administrative responsibilities.
- Positive Attitude: A friendly, can-do attitude that enhances team dynamics and creates a welcoming atmosphere for both clients and colleagues.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school education is required; a college degree is a plus.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with team members to achieve both individual and agency-wide goals.

Responsibilities
- Drive Sales and Growth: Actively seek out new business opportunities, leveraging your sales skills to promote and sell Insurance products, including auto, home, life, and commercial coverage.
- Build Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain lasting relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and offering tailored insurance solutions that provide peace of mind.
- Consultative Selling: Use your expertise to advise potential clients on the best coverage options to protect their families, homes, and businesses, becoming a trusted advisor they can count on.
- Achieve & Exceed Goals: Set and achieve both individual and team sales targets. Enjoy the satisfaction of reaching new milestones and earning incentives based on your performance.
- Ongoing Client Care: Provide excellent service to existing clients, reviewing their insurance needs and recommending updates or adjustments as life changes occur, ensuring they always have the right coverage.
- Networking & Referrals: Engage with local businesses and community groups to expand your network, generating leads and referrals to help fuel agency growth.
- Continuous Learning & Development: Stay ahead of industry trends and insurance products by attending regular training sessions and working closely with agency leadership, ensuring you’re always offering the best solutions.
