Licensing: Must hold an active Arkansas Property & Casualty License.
Experience: Previous experience in commercial insurance service management is highly desirable.

Knowledge of AMS360 is preferred

Policy Management: Oversee the administration of commercial insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and timely renewal.
Problem Solving: Address any issues or concerns that arise with clients, providing effective solutions tailored to their specific needs.
Market Analysis: Monitor the insurance market trends to offer the best advice and policies available.
Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters, clients, and other team members to provide the ideal insurance solutions for the clients.
