Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must hold an active Arkansas Property & Casualty License.

Experience: Previous experience in commercial insurance service management is highly desirable.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to maintain and enhance client relationships.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail are necessary.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services.

Problem-Solving: Aptitude in identifying solutions for client needs and addressing their concerns effectively.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve mutual goals.

Knowledge of AMS360 is preferred

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Maintain strong communication with clients, addressing any questions and needs they may have regarding their commercial insurance policies.

Policy Management: Oversee the administration of commercial insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and timely renewal.

Problem Solving: Address any issues or concerns that arise with clients, providing effective solutions tailored to their specific needs.

Market Analysis: Monitor the insurance market trends to offer the best advice and policies available.

Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters, clients, and other team members to provide the ideal insurance solutions for the clients.

Document Management: Maintain organized records of all client policies and interactions, ensuring compliance with company standards.
