Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and team player attitude.
  • Career minded vision.
  • Driven and goal-oriented individual.
  • Property & Casualty or Personal lines insurance license is required.
  • Prior Allstate experience preferred.
Responsibilities


  • Handle policy reviews and smaller service transactions.
  • Promptly answer inbound calls from current clients and handle transactions efficiently.
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Work lead lists as assigned using the lead management system following the rules and guidelines as set by your Sales Leader and/or Agency Manager.
  • Perfect compliance with all Allstate and Bo Cochran Agency guidelines, policies and procedures.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
