What Were Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and a high level of personal accountability
• Coachable and open to learning our proven systems
• Clear, professional communication and active listening skills
• Organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and calls daily
• Sales, service, or call center experience is helpful, but not required

Must Have's:

• Insurance License P&C (Life & Health not required at this time. It is a plus)

What You'll Do:

• Handle inbound sales calls and warm leads (10-20 per day/per agent)
• Quote, bind, and service personal lines insurance policies
• Close 3-6 sales daily through tailored product offerings
• Provide exceptional customer service during and after the sale
• Help clients understand coverage options and build long-term trust
• Work closely with your manager and teammates to grow your book
• Adapt to ongoing training and development to improve closing rates
