We are looking for a new team member to join our Commercial Insurance Team. Must have prior experience with Commercial Insurance. Excess surplus lines experience is a plus. This is not a remote position.
The person we’re looking for will sell, service, differentiate and negotiate insurance plans that match the needs of your assigned or prospective customers’ portfolio. Candidates must already possess a valid P & C insurance license.
(Commission is not capped, unlimited earning potential!)
Responsibilities:
Evaluate business or individual customers’ needs and financial status and propose protection plans that meet their criteria
Work with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their risk profiles
Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services
Sell, service, differentiate and negotiate insurance plans that match the needs of your assigned or prospective customers’ portfolio
Skills:
Proven working experience as a Commercial Insurance agent
Familiarity with all types of insurance plans (automobile, fire, property, etc)
Basic computer knowledge and statistical analysis
Proven ability to work with goals
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships

Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
