  • Flexible M-F day schedule [during our office open hours of M-Th 9A-5P and Fri 9A-3P]
  • Bonus programs available and additional perks for top performers
  • Opportunity for PT (25-30 hrs/week) or FT* (40 hrs/week) position
  • Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License (preferred)

*FT positions include Paid Time Off, Benefits Stipend and Additional Perks

Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Requirements

Transportation: Reliable transportation to get you to and from our office located on Padre Island.

Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and prospects.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively.

Detail-Oriented: Ability to pay attention to detail and ensure accuracy in administrative tasks and client interactions.

Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

Client Support: Assist in addressing client needs, inquiries, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Inquiry Handling: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing a professional experience and accurate information and assistance as needed.

Request Processing: Manage order processing tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in fulfilling client and/or prospect requests.

Customer Relations: Cultivate positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including data entry, file maintenance, and scheduling.
