Blue Eagle Insurance Group is an independent insurance agency located on Padre Island in Corpus Christi, Texas, and we are looking for a motivated and dynamic Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and enjoy working in a proactive environment and building rapport with others, this is the role for you.

At Blue Eagle Insurance, we work with multiple insurance providers to ensure our clients are provided with the best insurance solutions to fit their personal or business Property & Casualty Insurance needs.

• Must have reliable transportation to commute each day to and from the office on Padre Island.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.
• Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.

• Process customer policy change requests and premium payments; respond to all inquiries within specified timeframe.
• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office or calling on the phone, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Document each customer contact in Customer Database; maintain accurate data in electronic filing and database systems.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Monitor and administer policy service issues and requests.
