Compensation & Benefits:

  • $60,000 - $120,000 annual compensation (base salary + commission + bonus)

Requirements
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – REQUIRED
  • Valid Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License – REQUIRED
  • Must be willing to work at our Garland, TX agency location – REQUIRED
  • Experience in a commissioned sales role with a competitive drive to succeed
  • Proven track record of dependability and reliability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to educate clients on the importance of proper insurance coverage
  • Excellent multi-tasking and follow-through skills
  • Ability to build relationships from a cold start and handle client objections
  • Previous Personal Lines Insurance Sales experience preferred
Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through phone calls, networking, and lead sources
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Educate potential clients on personal lines insurance coverage options and their benefits
  • Meet and exceed sales production goals
  • Ask for referrals and promote our referral program
  • Stay up-to-date on new products and services
  • Handle incoming calls and assist walk-in clients
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, including financial products
  • Conduct outreach to businesses and individuals to promote services
