Compensation & Benefits:

  • $40,000 - $45,000 annual compensation (base salary DOE)

Requirements
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – REQUIRED
  • Valid Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License – REQUIRED
  • Must be willing to work at our Garland, TX agency location – REQUIRED
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage high call volumes
  • Dependable, reliable, and punctual
  • Coachable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow established agency processes
Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with policy-related inquiries, payments, and coverage recommendations
  • Provide outstanding customer service through phone and in-person interactions
  • Cross-sell products and services to existing customers
  • Support the sales team by making outbound calls to offer additional services and schedule appointments
  • Handle multiple computer systems simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Foster long-term client relationships by identifying coverage gaps and offering tailored solutions
