The Ewing Agency is a top-performing Farmers Insurance agency ranked in the top 5% nationally, and we’re building the team to match that ambition.
This is a full-time sales role with a structured base salary of $3,000/month and serious commission upside. You’ll be quoting, selling, and servicing personal lines and small commercial accounts — with full support through training, proven sales systems, and hands-on coaching. We want someone ready to build a career here, not just fill a seat.
Culture is everything to us. We’re a small, close-knit team that holds each other to a high standard — and genuinely enjoys working together. You’ll have the autonomy to own your work and run your role, but this is not an environment where people keep their heads down and clock out. We celebrate wins together, hold each other accountable, and show up for one another. If you’re the kind of person who makes the people around you better, you’ll fit right in here.
We’ve found that people with no prior insurance background often make our best producers — because they learn the right way from day one. If you have the right character and work ethic, we’ll teach you everything else.
