Personal Insurance Account Manger

Our new Personal Lines team member needs to be organized, detail-oriented, have an understanding of policy coverages, and provide exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects. In this role, it is crucial to have the ability to multi-task and seamlessly pivot from one task to another. While this position is HYBRID, it reports into our Bloomfield Hills, MI office.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements

The perfect candidate possesses the following qualities and skills:

Ability to multi-task

Effective communication skills – both verbal and non-verbal

Friendly and willing to provide assistance to clients and co-workers alike

Computer and typing skills – Experience with Applied Systems, Inc. products (Epic, CSR24, etc) preferred

Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.

High-Value client experience

Must be able to critically analyze in all situations and solve problems efficiently

Strong carrier relationships

2 + years of prior personal lines insurance experience

Current P&C License

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Handle client/carrier service requests

Assist producers and clients with their renewal needs

Identify account rounding and upsell opportunities

Quote new business prospects

Assist in claims situations
