Experience in shipping coordination, logistics, order fulfillment, or operations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a warm, professional, and customer-focused approach.

Experience using CRM systems and order management or shipping platforms.

Experience with inventory tracking, shipping logistics, or fulfillment processes is preferred.

Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other cloud-based business tools.

Coordinate the shipment of BioHarmonic Technologies' VIBE systems while working remotely with our warehouse team in California.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, tracking information, estimated delivery timelines, and shipping updates with warmth, professionalism, and timely communication.

Collaborate with warehouse partners to coordinate shipments, resolve shipping discrepancies, missing items, damaged packages, and delivery issues.

Maintain accurate shipping records, customer communications, and order updates within our CRM system.

Update customers throughout the shipping process, ensuring they feel informed every step of the way.

Coordinate replacement parts, warranty shipments, and product exchanges when needed.

Monitor inventory availability and communicate any shipping delays or backorders to customers and the internal team.

Identify recurring shipping challenges and recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
