Salary: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- 4 Key ingredients to success: Teacher, Coach, Mentor, and Friend
- Nuture and grow opportunities thru personal and social networking, COI's, and company generated leads.
- Manage and service client needs before and as they arise.
- Foster continued growth thru delivered customer experiences.
- Maintain continued training and knowledge of new product and systems.
- Reach agreed upon sales targets.
- Be willing and ready to take on other duties as needs arise in a small office envrionment.
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Texas Genreal Lines Property, Casualty, and Life license preferred, but not required.
- Ability to learn a wide variety of computer software systems.
- Most important - Ability to connect with people and deliver on promises made with a sense of care and urgency.
