As an Agent in Training at the Pikus Agency, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding insurance solutions to our valued clients. Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred, willing to train and licensing assistance available
- A Life & Health Insurance license is preferred, willing to train and licensing assistance available
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Be capable of handling customer rejection.
