We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven individual to bring on board as an Insurance Customer Service Representative. To be successful in this position you should be skilled at customer service, assertive and a self-starter. As a Customer Service Representative, you will service current accounts and assist in the production of new accounts. Effective communication through verbal and written presentations is essential in this role that will provide prompt, efficient, high-quality service for clients and support the workflow of the agency.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Licensing: Currently have your Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance License or willingness to get licensed.

Gather information and risk management recommendations for the renewal of designated accounts.

Obtain renewal information from clients and complete applications for renewal business.

Review existing accounts to determine if additional lines of insurance should be offered.
