We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Account Executive to support and manage insurance policies from submission through renewal. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in accuracy, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands that exceptional service is built on getting the details right.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring applications, policies, and client communications are handled seamlessly while supporting strong client and agency relationships. While we would prefer candidates with commercial insurance experience, we are willing to train someone with professional office experience.
Salary Range: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

• Manage the full account workflow—reviewing submissions, preparing quotes, binding coverage, and processing renewals
• Ensure accuracy across all documentation, including applications, policies, endorsements, and certificates
• Enter and maintain detailed client and policy data across multiple systems
• Coordinate with carriers and underwriters to obtain quotes and finalize coverage
• Communicate with agencies and clients to support service needs, follow-ups, and account retention
