This hybrid role is pivotal in advancing Big I NYs mission by serving as both an internal Integrator, driving strategic execution and operational alignment, and an external consultant, helping member agencies improve their business processes, performance, and profitability. The position is responsible for guiding independent agencies through evolving industry challenges, enhancing the delivery of Big I NY services, and serving as a catalyst for innovation, training, and member engagement. Candidates should reside in New York or Connecticut.

Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

EOS Integration & Strategic Execution

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) within Big I NY, ensuring clear vision, alignment, and accountability across departments.
• Facilitate EOS-based leadership meetings and maintain the One Page Business Plan (OPBP).
• Drive internal communication and coordination of corporate plans and key initiatives.

Agency Consulting & Support

• Serve as a trusted advisor to member agencies, offering customized consulting on operations, workflows, hiring, sales, perpetuation, and growth strategies.
• Deliver presentations, workshops, and training sessions at association events and meetings.
• Analyze agency needs and translate insights into new or refined programs and services; guide members to the right programs.
• Provide certified E&O consulting as a SwissRe E&O auditor, and web reviewer.
