Oversee and enhance our internal operations, technology systems, and project management efforts. This role will play a critical part in ensuring our team maximizes the use of current software, identifies and integrates new technologies, and streamlines engagement with our members. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience with technology solutions, accounting knowledge and a solid understanding of operational efficiency. Knowledge of insurance agency workflow is a plus.

Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

• Proven experience in project management and technology implementation.
• Strong understanding of business operations, process improvement, and workflow optimization.
• Experience managing databases and leveraging data analytics for strategic decision-making.
• Knowledge of accounting fundamentals and principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with CRM, AMS, Microsoft SQL, Salesforce and Microsoft 365 Administrator experience a plus. Familiarity with insurance agency workflows a bonus.

• Manage technology projects that support the association’s operations and enhance efficiencies ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize current and new technology solutions to improve internal workflows and member engagement.
• Manage and maintain the organization’s databases, ensuring data integrity & security and lead data analytics efforts to identify trends & increase member engagement.
• Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to streamline operational processes and drive efficiencies.
• Work closely with accounting and finance teams to ensure technology solutions integrate with financial processes.
