Ability to obtain a producer insurance license in the state of Michigan
Proven working experience as an insurance agent or relevant experience
Familiarity with all types of insurance plans (auto, home, life, recreational, umbrella, commercial etc.)
Basic computer knowledge and statistical analysis
Proven ability to work toward achieving goals
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
High school or bachelor's degree
Prospecting within their sphere of influence and Beyond Insurance Group LLC database
Converting and working to successful close of business with clients
Following Beyond's standards of sales
Developing marketing strategies to achieve goals and objectives
Seeking out new clients and developing clientele by networking and generating lists of prospective clients
Interviewing prospective clients to obtain data about their financial resources, needs, the physical condition of the person or property to be insured
Discussing any existing insurance coverage
Selling insurance policies to businesses and individuals on behalf of insurance providers, including property, casualty, commercial, and life insurance
Customizing insurance policies to suit individual customers, covering a variety of risks
Attending meetings, seminars, and programs to learn about new products and services
Coordinating with carriers, servicing policies, advising clients, management of databases, administrative tasks, operational tasks, sales tasks, attending networking events, and any other activities deemed necessary and as assigned by Beyond Insurance Group LLC
