About the Role — Home Insurance Sales Professional

We are seeking a Home Insurance Specialist who is driven, relationship-focused, and motivated to grow in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This opportunity is ideal for team players who are passionate about building meaningful customer relationships while continuously developing their sales and insurance expertise.

You will be supported through daily coaching, ongoing training, and a collaborative team culture, while benefiting from flexible scheduling, uncapped earning potential, and strong lead flow. This role offers multiple opportunities to connect with homeowners, assess their needs, and deliver tailored coverage solutions that protect what matters most.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in home insurance, property insurance, or a related financial services role.


• Active Florida Property & Casualty license (440 or 220 required).


• Hands-on experience working with Florida carriers such as Tower Hill, Florida Peninsula, Edison, Monarch, Universal, and Citizens.


• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, follow through, and manage follow-ups in a fast-paced sales environment.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, rapport, and long-term client relationships.


• Demonstrated ability to handle customer objections and rejection professionally, maintaining confidence, persistence, and composure.


• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.


• Solid understanding of home insurance policies, underwriting guidelines, and Florida insurance regulations.


• High proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems, documentation, and workflow tools.


• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management, with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Work onsite in our modern, state-of-the-art office, Monday through Friday, starting at 8:30 a.m to 5:30 pm, in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.


• Achieve and exceed individual sales and production goals by generating new business and cross-selling Home and Auto Insurance products over the phone.


• Engage with warm leads provided through multiple channels to effectively quote, present, and close Home and Auto Insurance solutions.


• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by educating clients on coverage options and helping them protect their families, homes, vehicles, and assets.


• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and development programs designed to continuously strengthen sales performance, communication skills, and insurance expertise.


• Complete all required licensing, product knowledge, and compliance training in accordance with company and regulatory standards.


• Accurately prepare insurance quotes, conduct professional sales presentations, and successfully bind Homeowners and Auto Insurance policies.


• Efficiently navigate internal systems and platforms to write policies, process endorsements, and manage customer accounts.


• Approach every customer interaction as an opportunity to cross-sell and upsell additional insurance and related financial products.


• Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions, ensuring customer records are current and complete.


• Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally and promptly, with a focus on first-call resolution and minimal wait times.


• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, and time management to ensure compliance, efficiency, and high customer satisfaction.
