Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements

Responsibilities
We welcome you with open arms at 9am M-F in our state-of-the-art office.
- Answering calls and responding to customer complaints.
- Accessing customer accounts and policy schedules.
- Responsible to Retention, Re-write and Cross sales into multiple lines of insurances
- Providing customers with detailed information about policies and products.
- Recommending available products.
- Typing up complaint reports.
- Managing the customer complaint database.
- Educate clients on policy options and benefits, assisting in the selection of appropriate coverage.
- Developer a knowledge base of frequently asked questions, improving response time and customer satisfaction.
- Help in training new team members on customer service best practices and insurance fundamentals.
