Passionate about delivering a positive customer experience and helping clients navigate their insurance needs.   

Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Friendly and professional demeanor. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of database software. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication. 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities. 
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance products and policies. 
  • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk). 
  • Customer relationship management. 
  • Empathy and active listening. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 
  • Team collaboration and training. 
Responsibilities

We welcome you with open arms at 9am M-F in our state-of-the-art office. 

  • Answering calls and responding to customer complaints. 
  • Accessing customer accounts and policy schedules. 
  • Responsible to Retention, Re-write and Cross sales into multiple lines of insurances 
  • Providing customers with detailed information about policies and products. 
  • Recommending available products. 
  • Typing up complaint reports. 
  • Managing the customer complaint database. 
  • Educate clients on policy options and benefits, assisting in the selection of appropriate coverage. 
  • Developer a knowledge base of frequently asked questions, improving response time and customer satisfaction. 
  • Help in training new team members on customer service best practices and insurance fundamentals.
