The Insurance Licensed Sales Professional/Producer (LSP) career opportunity is for team players with a talent to grow customer relationships in a rewarding environment, while also growing and developing their skills. You will be offered multiple opportunities to create customer relationships while receiving daily coaching in an energetic environment with a flexible work schedule and uncapped compensation.
Proven track record of effectively assessing client needs and recommending appropriate coverage options. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience. Proficient in policy management and endorsement processing, dedicated to educating clients about their home insurance options.
Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Be capable of handling customer rejection.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- In-depth knowledge of home insurance policies and regulations.
- Customer relationship management.
Responsibilities
We welcome you with open arms at 9am M-F in our state-of-the-art office.
- You are responsible for achieving sales goals by generating new business and cross-selling existing customers, which you do over the phone. You won’t be alone; we will coach you.
- We provide you with leads from multiple sources so you can quote and sell to reach your targets.
- You are to give an outstanding customer experience on every interaction by offering Insurance products and educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets.
- You must take the necessary license, products, and compliance training.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Write Homeowners Insurance Policies and successfully navigate the respective systems for it.
- Document each customer contact properly.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
- Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
