We are looking for Licensed, Experienced Allstate Producers with a Proven Sales Track Record. Is that You?

The Brett Cline Allstate Agency is seeking Licensed, Experienced Remote P&C Insurance Sales Producers who are ready to build strong relationships with our clients and help them protect their homes, autos, lives and retirement income with the proper coverage that fits and protects each clients’ lifestyle.

If you meet our Required Qualifications: (we will ONLY be considering candidates who meet these requirements)

1.      Minimum 1-year Prior ALLSTATE Agency Experience *REQUIRED*

2.      Minimum 1-year prior remote work experience *REQUIRED*

3.      Proven track record of selling minimum 20 items / month average (Must provide reports or reference to verify production) *REQUIRED*

Total Comp Package includes base salary, commissions, and bonus opportunities = $55,000 - $90,000 

Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Prior proven sales track record *REQUIRED*
  • Currently have a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License *REQUIRED*
  • Previous Captive Agency Insurance Sales experience, preferably Allstate Experience *REQUIRED*
  • MUST have knowledge of a commissioned sales role and have the competitive desire to earn commissions by selling insurance policies
  • MUST have experience working remotely and have a quiet, private, dedicated workstation set up for an office
  • Have a proven track record of dependability & reliability – showing up to work as scheduled, on time.
  • Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Great self-starter with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to create relationships from a cold start and able to handle customer rejection.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-through and follow-up.
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency preferred
Responsibilities
  • Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Feel comfortable and confident in making 100+ calls per day to prospective clients.
  • Prospect for clients via the phone, internet, and in-person.
  • Develop referral partnerships with other business professionals within our local area.
  • Evaluate client needs and make professional recommendations.
  • Educate potential clients on the importance of having proper coverage.
