We are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager who enjoys building strong client relationships and providing thoughtful insurance solutions for individuals and families. In this role, you’ll support an established book of business while working closely with producers and carriers to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Active New Mexico Property & Casualty license required
  • 1-3 years Personal Lines insurance experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Epic experience is a plus
  • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceptional service

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and service a book of personal insurance accounts including auto, home, umbrella, and related coverages
  • Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and coverage recommendations
  • Prepare quotes, applications, renewals, and policy documentation
  • Review client accounts for coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities
  • Work directly with insurance carriers to market and place business
  • Support clients through claims follow-up and problem resolution
  • Maintain accurate documentation within the agency management system
  • Collaborate with producers and team members to deliver a high level of client service
