Job Overview
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is an integral member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional and professional insurance services to clients. This position supports clients, producers, insurance carriers and colleagues by responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and performing essential service and marketing functions related to commercial insurance policies.
Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-3 years customer service experience.
- At least 3 years of commercial lines insurance experience, with a focus on Property & Casualty products.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Experience with Epic agency management software a plus.
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license required.

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls and written correspondence related to new or existing insurance policies.
- Provide client support for policy updates, payments, documentation requests, and general inquiries.
- Prepare and process endorsements accurately and in a timely manner.
- Review policy documents and audits for accuracy, coordinate corrections between client and carrier as needed.
- Issue certificates of insurance and evidence of property upon request.
- Monitor and follow up on policy cancellations per agency procedures.
- Invoice agency bill endorsements, audits, and cancellations. File and follow up on claims in accordance with agency protocols.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments and actions taken in the agency management system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Provide prompt, accurate and professional customer service.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
