Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Requirements



Licensing: Insurance licensing for Minnesota Property & Casualty and Life & Health is required. Free coursework and licensing support are provided to help you get started.


Experience: While prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is a plus, candidates with no prior industry experience are also encouraged to apply. If you have a strong drive, a passion for learning, and an interest in building a career in insurance, we want to hear from you!


Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex insurance concepts to clients.


Customer Focus: A strong commitment to delivering outstanding service and consistently exceeding customer expectations.


Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a hybrid remote work environment while maintaining high levels of productivity and meeting performance goals.

Responsibilities



Client Consultation & Needs Assessment: Proactively engage with clients to understand their unique insurance needs, providing expert, personalized advice and solutions that align with their goals.


Inbound Communication Management: Handle incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency, addressing client inquiries, offering tailored recommendations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.


Custom Policy Development: Design and recommend customized insurance plans that meet the specific needs of each client, ensuring comprehensive coverage and peace of mind.


Quick contact of Free Leads: At the Dylan Bennett Agency you will be supplied with various free leads and it's important to have an organized plan to contact prospective clients quickly, to ensure a high closing rate.


Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to enhance clients' protection by recommending additional or bundled policies, maximizing their coverage and improving customer satisfaction with discounted bundled rates.


Relationship Building & Retention: Develop lasting relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional service and proactive follow-up, ensuring long-term satisfaction.


Ongoing Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory changes to provide clients with informed, cutting-edge advice.
