Compensation

$50,000–$80,000 in your first year (Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities)

What You'll Do

Your mission is simple:

Help people protect what matters most while building a successful career for yourself.

You'll:

• Connect with new prospects through leads, referrals, and outbound calling
• Build relationships and earn trust through meaningful conversations
• Identify clients' insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, and Life Insurance
• Help families bundle their policies for better protection and value
• Consistently follow up with prospects until every opportunity has been fully worked
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline using our CRM
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first conversation through the sale
