Requirements:
Previous sales experience (insurance background preferred but not required).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a proven ability to hit and exceed goals.
Ability to obtain or already hold a Property & Casualty Insurance License (we will assist with licensing if needed).
Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to succeed in a high-growth market.
Willingness to embrace a fast-paced, performance-driven culture.
Prospect, qualify, and close new personal and commercial insurance business.
Build and manage a pipeline of leads and referrals to consistently hit sales goals.
Conduct policy reviews and present coverage options that deliver maximum value to clients.
Develop long-term relationships with clients, property managers, and business owners.
Stay informed on Farmers products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.
