Insurance Sales Rep

In this role the business provides qualified prospects ready to quote and will also require you to personally produce your own business. This means that you take great care of the referrals the business receives and bring in your own clients. Compensation includes a $50,000 base salary + commission. You should expect to earn $70,000 - $100,000 in your first year. There is no cap on commissions or future earnings. The position includes health insurance and a matching 401(k).

*This role is in-person for the first six months with potential to transition to a hybrid role (3 in-office, 2 at-home)!*

Requirements
  • Must pass the Oregon Property & Casualty & Life Insurance Test before hire date or already be licensed (licensing costs are covered).
  • Interested in a long-term career and committed to professional growth
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others
  • Ability to manage multiple client requests while maintaining attention to detail
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new computer programs and systems
  • Communicates clearly and consistently within a small, supportive team
  • Skilled at resolving client concerns with empathy and professionalism
Responsibilities
  • Quote auto, home, and commercial insurance prospects
  • Run appointments with clients to review insurance coverages
  • Attend networking events, drop off donuts at key businesses, and grow your network
  • Communicate professionally with clients
  • Be a supportive team member
