In this role the business provides qualified prospects ready to quote and will also require you to personally produce your own business. This means that you take great care of the referrals the business receives and bring in your own clients. Compensation includes a $50,000 base salary + commission. You should expect to earn $70,000 - $100,000 in your first year. There is no cap on commissions or future earnings. The position includes health insurance and a matching 401(k).
