Salary Range: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour

Requirements

Licensing: Must have an active Utah Property & Casualty License.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year in insurance sales or a related field is required.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations.

Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective insurance solutions.

Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Team Player: Collaborative spirit to work effectively with team members and contribute positively to a professional work environment.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and preferences.

Policy Advising: Provide expert advice to clients on suitable insurance products and tailor coverage plans accordingly.

Policy Management: Assist clients in managing their policies, making changes as necessary to ensure optimal coverage.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.

Sales Goals: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Continuous Development: Stay informed about industry trends and changes to offer the most up-to-date advice and services.
