Salary Range: $32,240.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Licensing: Must possess or be willing to obtain a relevant insurance license within a given timeframe.

Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service, particularly in the insurance industry, is highly desirable.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Customer Focused: Strong customer service skills with a passion for meeting and exceeding client expectations.

Problem Solver: Ability to assess client needs efficiently and provide suitable solutions.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Proactively communicate with clients to assess and fulfill their insurance needs, ensuring a personalized experience.

Sales Process: Guide clients through the sales process, meticulously detailing available policies and responding to any inquiries they may have.

Policy Recommendations: Analyze client requirements and make informed suggestions for suitable insurance plans.

Customer Relations: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.

Problem Resolution: Address client concerns efficiently, providing solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about changes in the insurance sector to provide up-to-date guidance and advice.
