• No prior experience or training is needed. 
• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. 
• Must have the ability to lift at least 40 pounds or more.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Basic mechanical skills and knowledge to work and fix various industrial equipment if needed. 
• Great verbal communication skills to interact with other employees, guests, and vendor providers. 
• Must have the ability to adapt to a fast-moving pace environment. 
• Must have the ability the read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondences, and memos. 
• Must adhere to regular and predictable attendance
• Must pass pre-employment testing including background checks and drug screen.
• Safe driving record & valid in-state driver’s license

• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and safety standards of the shop. 
• Responsible for moving vehicles from the service drive and parking them in the service lot. 
• Responsible for bringing customer vehicles that are done to the advisors, and parking them in the according spaces. 
• Responsible for maintaining a well-kept service lot. (Picking up trash, pulling weeds etc.)
