We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team and deliver exceptional client experiences. This role involves managing customer interactions, monitoring client needs, and supporting long-term relationships. With a competitive compensation package of $30,000 to $45,000 per year, which includes a base salary, commission, and bonus opportunities, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and supportive environment. Requirements
  • Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License (required); Life Insurance license is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively explain policies and engage with clients.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain meaningful client relationships.
  • Excellent attention to detail to manage policies and customer data with accuracy.
  • Proactive mindset with problem-solving skills to resolve client issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor multiple customer touchpoints to foster long-term relationships throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new and transfer customers, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Assist the agency owner in achieving customer loyalty and satisfaction goals.
  • Partner with the agency owner to develop strategies that educate and set customer expectations.
  • Identify and communicate cross-selling opportunities discovered through customer interactions or data analysis.
  • Initiate and adopt best practices for positive customer interactions through consistent, proactive communication.
