Insurance licenses in Property & Casualty -or- Life & Health.

No experience necessary.

High school diploma or GED required - college degree preferred.

Experience in sales or client service preferred.

Highly effective communications skill - both oral and written.

Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.

Organizational skills and effective time management.

This position requires that you maintain current state insurance licenses for property, casualty and life insurance.

 Responsible for your time management to accomplish your daily/weekly/monthly goals of new and existing client interactions that lead to growth in new clients and new revenue. We want every team member to feel valued and appreciated, so we ask every team member to set goals and work on a base pay plus commission compensation plan. We try to keep it simple; treat others like you would want your kids treated, because every client is a child of someone. Ask good questions, be a good listener and help them find solutions.
