We’re seeking an Insurance Sales Representative who is motivated and ready to grow within a sales-driven environment. This role centers on developing leads, building client relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions. You will work with warm leads, conduct needs-based conversations, and guide clients through coverage decisions. This is a Monday through Friday role with no weekends, offering a stable environment, hands-on mentorship, and the opportunity to build up your career.

  • Base pay of $20 to $22 per hour based on experience with expected first year income between $45,000 - $65,000
