We are looking for a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to provide top-tier client support, policy guidance, and claims assistance. In this role, you will work closely with clients to answer coverage questions, process policy changes, and assist with claims while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy. Salary Range: $37,440.00 - $52,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Licensing: Minimum 4-40 license, with preference for 2-20
  • Technology proficiency: Windows OS, Outlook, Word, Adobe, Internet Explorer/Google Chrome.
  • Experience with an agency management system (Applied TAM preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a bonus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and in-office appointments.
  • Answer complex policy and coverage questions, ensuring clients understand their options.
  • Process coverage change requests and offer expert coverage guidance.
  • Handle billing inquiries, payment processing, and proof of insurance requests with efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate client records by documenting all required information and updates.
  • Gather information from clients to prepare accurate quotes and applications.
