B2B Sales Representative

The position requires face to face sales interactions with businesses and business owner's in a territory designed to build a career where you can engage in your community and provide a product that makes a difference.

Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements

Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain Health & Life producer)

Bachelors degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience.

Candidates within 6 months or less of degree completion will be considered, as will candidates with less than 4 years of professional work experience who have relevant or specialized outside sales experience.

Responsibilities
  • Responding to client emails and phone inquiries promptly
  • Scheduling follow-up appointments with prospective and existing clients to assess their needs
  • Participating in scheduled calls or meetings with your sales team or manager
  • Prospecting new businesses, referrals, and existing clients requiring service
  • Cultivating and managing your own book of business
  • Collaborating with your sales team manager to set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with local business owners in your territory
  • Setting your own working hours and submitting them to your sales manager weekly
  • Balancing cold lead generation and warm lead follow-ups effectively
  • Providing daily updates on sales metrics and activity
