As our Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative, you will utilize your amazing communication skills as well as your listening skills to serve the needs of the agency's clients. Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Evenings Off

• You should already possess a 4-40 or 220 license.
• You should have experience working in a retail independent agency.
• You should have advanced computer and technology proficiency. 

• You will be responsible for servicing and renewing a book of commercial lines clients including assessing client exposures and recommending appropriate coverage solutions.
• You will stay current on industry changes and remain up to date on continuing education. 
• You will maintain thorough and accurate client notes and documentation. 
• You will foster strong relationships with current clients to maintain client retention and brand loyalty.
