As our Licensed Personal Lines Customer Service Representative, you will utilize your amazing communication skills as well as your listening skills to serve the needs of the agency's clients. Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

• You should already possess a 2-20, 20-44, or 4-40 license
• You should have experience working in a retail independent agency.
• You should have advanced computer and technology proficiency.

• Servicing and renewing a book of personal lines clients including assessing client exposures and recommending appropriate coverage solutions.
• Staying current on industry changes and remain up to date on continuing education. 
• Maintaining thorough and accurate client notes and documentation. 
• Fostering strong relationships with current clients to maintain client retention and brand loyalty.
