We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Producer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, converting inbound business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and the ability to analyze market trends to effectively negotiate and provide tailored insurance solutions. This position requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to meet client needs.

*Must currently hold an active New Hampshire Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License.
*Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry or related fields such as retail sales or outside sales.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and client needs effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
* Experience in telemarketing or direct sales is a plus.
* Develop and implement strategies to generate new insurance sales through various channels, including outside sales, telemarketing, and retail sales.
* Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy options, coverage details, and benefits administration.
* Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and policy renewals as part of sales administration duties.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Stay informed about industry developments, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that may impact clients.
