We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Producer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements
*Holds an active New Hampshire Property & Casualty Insurance License
*Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry or related fields such as retail sales or outside sales.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and client needs effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
* Experience in telemarketing or direct sales is a plus.
* Familiarity with benefits administration is advantageous but not required.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategies to generate new insurance sales through various channels, including outside sales, telemarketing, and retail sales.
* Analyze market trends and client needs to create customized insurance packages that align with their requirements.
* Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy options, coverage details, and benefits administration.
* Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and policy renewals as part of sales administration duties.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Stay informed about industry developments, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that may impact clients.
