Salary Range: $46,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year

Education: High school diploma or GED required, associate's or bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is advantageous.

Reception Management: Greet and welcome clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of B&K Luxury Estates.
Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
Customer Assistance: Address inquiries and provide information to clients, guiding them to the appropriate services or personnel as needed.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring client information is updated and readily accessible.
Office Organization: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and reception.
Collaboration: Work closely with the estate management team to ensure seamless operations and communication throughout the office.
