Salary Range: $46,500.00 - $54,000.00 per year

Requirements

Experience: Proven experience in event coordination, preferably within the luxury real estate sector.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and team members.

Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and handle last-minute changes efficiently.

Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure events are executed flawlessly from inception to completion.

Problem-Solving: Ability to swiftly address and resolve challenges that arise during the planning and execution of events.

Networking: Well-developed networking skills to foster relationships with high-profile clients and potential partners.

Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate event schedules.

Creativity: Innovative thinking to create unique and memorable event experiences tailored to our clientele.

Teamwork: Strong team-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across various departments.

Responsibilities

Event Planning: Develop event concepts and themes, aligning with client goals and objectives.

Vendor Coordination: Identify, hire, and manage vendors such as caterers, decorators, and sound technicians to ensure seamless event execution.

Budget Management: Create and manage detailed budgets for each event, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.

On-Site Management: Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events; handle any issues or emergencies that arise on the day of the event.

Client Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is realized and expectations are exceeded.

Reporting: Provide post-event reports to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement to enhance future events.
