Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 3 years in event planning or coordination, preferably within the luxury market.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to liaise effectively with high-profile clients.

Problem-solving: Ability to swiftly resolve conflicts and handle unexpected challenges with confidence.

Creativity: Innovative mindset with a passion for creating memorable and unique event experiences.

Flexibility: Willingness to work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate event schedules.

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Beverly Hills, California.

Professional Appearance: Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute luxury events, providing tailored solutions that exceed client expectations.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure seamless event delivery.

Develop and maintain event budgets, managing costs effectively while ensuring high-quality experiences.

Design detailed event itineraries, ensuring all elements of the event are meticulously planned.

Manage event marketing and promotion efforts to maximize attendance and engagement.

Lead site visits and event rehearsals, ensuring all logistical details are perfected before the event date.

Provide on-site event management and post-event follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and gather valuable feedback.

Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their vision and communicate it effectively in event planning.
