Salary Range: $54,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.

Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant telephone demeanor.

Problem-Solving: Strong ability to identify customer issues and provide effective solutions.

Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Technologically Proficient: Comfortable using call center software and basic computer applications.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and call handling.

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Manage incoming calls in a friendly, professional manner, actively listening to understand callers' needs and concerns.

Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, providing clear and accurate information and offering solutions.

Data Management: Accurately document all call information according to standard operating procedures.

Product Promotion: Provide information about B&K Luxury Estates services, enhancing the customer's understanding and encouraging utilization.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet service demand and customer satisfaction goals.
