Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or luxury products.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and build relationships.

Customer Service Oriented: Ability to meet and exceed customer expectations while providing a pleasant experience.

Negotiation Skills: Capability to negotiate effectively and close sales.

Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Cleveland, Ohio real estate market is a plus.

Driver's License: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
