Salary Range: $46,500.00 - $51,000.00 per year

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Availability: Willing to work in-person at our Cleveland, Ohio office during standard business hours.
Client Interaction: Address customer inquiries promptly and effectively via phone and email.
Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders and tracking them through to delivery.
Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints with professionalism and work towards efficient solutions.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of B&K's product offerings to assist customers effectively.
Customer Records: Update and maintain accurate customer information in the database.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help the company improve services and products.
